DMK's Special Festival Burger

What do you get when you put Chef Michael Kornick, DMK Burger Bar and Jarlsberg Cheese together? A special one-time-only burger creation by a Chicago burger master. Kornick has agreed to concoct a burger for the Chicago Food Film Festival that festival-goers attending Saturday, Sept 25th's Burger 'N Beer Experience will get to taste. We are tempted to call it the...JARLSBURGER. (I didn't write that. Festival Exec Prod Seth Unger came up with that one..). Kornick will also be wowing the crowd with his amazing Green Chile Cheeseburger among others. Stay tuned.

Burger Heroes Will Be At Fest!

We've confirmed that Sam Sianis and son Bill from the Billy Goat Tavern ('cheeseborger, cheesborger..')will be at the festival Saturday night for the Burger N' Beer Experience. Also confirmed is Glenn Fieber from Solly's Grille near Milwaukee (home of the Butter Burger). Come meet the men behind these iconic burger joints. They will be there in support of my film Hamburger America, and because they are old friends.

Greg Koch at Chicago Food Film Fest

We just found out that Greg Koch, CEO of Stone Brewing Co., will be attending the festival! Beer Wars director Anat Baron has convinced Greg to travel to Chicago to take part in a post-film Q&A. Get your tickets now before they sell out.
